⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The food was amazing and everything we ordered was delicious. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the atmosphere, service, and employees. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The restaurant had a great environment, and it was clear that the staff takes pride in providing excellent service. Overall, a fantastic experience—I would definitely recommend it and look forward to coming back!

Food was delicious. The staff was very friendly. Our favorites were the ribs, pulled pork, wings, baked beans (you MUST get these) and the banana pudding cheesecake (so good).

Disaster. Continuously screws up orders. It was like something out of reality tv in there last night. Woefully understaffed, manager was literally crying, a dozen customers irate and yelling, and it got worse with each passing minute as new online orders came in that also couldn’t be fulfilled. EVERY SINGLE ORDER had some kind of issue. Guy next to me was waiting 45 mins for mashed potatoes. Other guy pre-ordered turkey for his family (around noon and at 6pm) was there to pick it up only to discover they had sold out of turkey. Lady next to me apparently had her food coughed on as they were preparing it. A couple in the booth had been waiting over 40 mins for hot dogs! On and on. Can’t make this up. Took 45 mins to correct even one of the issues. I had also ordered turkey and they just didn’t give it to me and I had to discover it was missing. Asked for a refund or substitution… took 40 mins to get a single substitution. Had to ask about the status of that 3 times. Should’ve maybe taken 2 mins at most. Absolute joke. I felt bad for the young people working there. This may be somewhat on them but there was no leadership or help in sight. Bottom line: This has happ

This was our first visit to this place and let me tell you, it was the best experience we have had. Amelia, the representative who took our order to the chef Thomas and the manager Joe, all were very nice, welcoming and provided the best service. The food was not only fresh but it tasted delicious. The chef definitely knows his stuff and knows how to make the customers happy with their meals. We ordered four different things from the menu, and not single one of them disappointed us. The staff even took care of cleaning up the tables after us. This is the kind of experience one wishes to get at restaurant. Food is the ultimate happiness. And a good staff is just cherry on the top! Highly recommend this place to everyone.

Loved the service, food, and flavor as usual. I couldn’t decide what to order today, so Kayla at the counter suggested wings and mashed potatoes. She’s awesome and always so friendly when we are here. The sauces and the wings are so insanely good. Crispy on the outside and seasoned perfectly. I can’t go anywhere else for barbecue!
